A Senior HR Executive is responsible for overseeing key HR functions and aligning them with organisational goals. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process and develop strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and ensure legal compliance.
  3. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, implement training programs, and foster leadership development.
  4. Performance Management: Lead performance appraisals and provide guidance on employee performance improvement.
  5. Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures and employee benefits, ensuring market competitiveness.
  6. Policy & Compliance: Develop HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and conduct internal audits.
  7. Employee Engagement: Create initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  8. HR Systems & Reporting: Oversee HR databases and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  9. Leadership: Manage HR teams, align HR strategies with business objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Organisational Development: Lead change management efforts and foster a culture of innovation.


Must haves:
1. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a HR generalist position.
2. Be able to be based in Penang permanently, or willing to relocate to Penang.
